In the 1920's and 30's hot chocolate was a popular drink in France. Widely advertised on clocks and thermometers, you would find them in bars and bistros everywhere at the time, but few have survived. Now Lascelles have made up their own brand "St Etienne" to capture the look from that era and bring a touch of the "cafe society" to our modern kitchen.
