Is ordering online safe?
When you complete your purchase, your personal information, including credit card details, is protected by industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This encrypts all data transfers between your browser and our server. If you are concerned we will accept telephone orders and faxed orders.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro/Switch and American Express. We are unable to except Solo or Visa Electron cards.
How do I remove a product from my basket?
If you click on "My Basket" underneath the basket contents near the top left of yourscreen you can amend quantities or remove an item from your basket
How will I know my order has been received?
We will E-Mail you when your order has been received. We will also E-Mail you when the order has been shipped.
What are the delivery options?

Yes, all our prices are VAT inclusive.

Can I see what I am buying?
You are welcome toview products or to collect your order from our warehouses near Salisbury during our office hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please ring us before hand so we can advise you whether the product is in stock or to ensure your order is ready.
Can I add to my order?
If you are quick! Orders are generally processed and despatched before 3pm on the day or the following business day on whichthey are received. Please call our Customer Services for assistance.
Can I order something which is 'out of stock'?
Unfortunately we cannot ensure that all our products are available all the time, but with deliveries of new stock arriving every day most orders can be fulfilled with the minimum of delay. The date when your order will bedespatched will be shown when you add items to your basket. If you have any queries and need to speak to someone, please call Customer Services on 01725 514084.
What happens with manufacturer's guarantees?
We sell products from a wide range of manufacturers. Whilst we will always do our best to help you if you experience a problem with any product, there will be occasions when you need to rely on the manufacturer’s guarantee. Details will be found on the relevant product page and will be included with any product ordered where a manufacturer’s guarantee applies.

What if I have a complaint?
We want you to be delighted with the products bought and the service you receive. However, we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. Complaints can be a useful source of information about how others see us, and how we are serving our customers. Whether the complaint is justified or not, the person making the complaint feels aggrieved with the service we provide. Therefore we have an established procedure for monitoring and dealing with complaints to restore the customer's confidence in the Wheesh.com for the future.

He will respond within 10 working days to try and resolve the complaint. If you are still not satisfied with our response Mr Julien will seek to appoint an indpendant mediator. None of the above procedures affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
